Diamondsides Baseball is excited to be partnering with Douglas College Baseball and working with the professionals at PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE and TRAVAIL for our fall and winter training.
FALL ONLY TRAINING – 20 sessions $500
Fridays – Nov. 8, 15, 22, 29, Dec 6, 13, 20 | time-slots between 7-10pm
Saturdays – Nov. 9, 16, 23, 30, Dec 7(gym only), 14, 21 | gym time-slots between 2-5pm | Turf time-slots between 1-4pm
WINTER ONLY TRAINING – 19 sessions $550
Fridays – Jan. 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7, 14, 28| time-slots between 7-10pm
Saturdays – Jan 11, 18, 25, Feb 1, 15, Mar 1| gym time-slots between 2-5pm |

Session and Facility Information:
Travail (Batting Cages) FRIDAYS
These sessions will focus on individual hitting mechanics and development overseen by a Travail instructor.
Scotia Barn (Full Sized Indoor Soccer Turf) – SATURDAYS
These sessions involve infield/outfield/base positional drills, pitching mechanics, back catching development, lead offs/pick offs, base running, fitness & conditioning; run by Douglas College Baseball Coaches and Players, Diamondsides Baseball Coaches, and private instructors.
Performance Institute (full gym located inside Scotia Barn) – SATURDAYS
These sessions will provide players with individual strength & fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the training block, safety & injury prevention, personalized goals and development; run by a professional personal trainer from PI with a Dsides coach for support.
Open to players in New Westminster, Burnaby and surrounding areas.
